Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May last year Bonhams in New York held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Cuatro fases en torno a una prohibición by Juan Genovés. The »bidding war« ended at USD 94,875.00 (€ 88,412.08), 19% above the upper estimate. Other works by Juan Genovés have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 151,200.00 (€ 146,469.05) in November last year for the work Columna I.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Cuatro fases en torno a una prohibición von Juan Genovés zur Versteigerung kam.
