Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Indicio by Juan Genovés was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in November this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 89,400.00 (€ 81,958.20) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Juan Genovés have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work Columna I was auctioned for USD 151,200.00 (€ 146,469.05).

Die Arbeit Indicio von Juan Genovés kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 89.400,00 (€ 81.958,20) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
