Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2016 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work El Eclipse by Jorge Macchi. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,386.17), 16% above the upper estimate. Other works by Jorge Macchi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 27,500.00 (€ 20,441.54) in November 2011 for the work Autorretrato.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2016 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit El Eclipse von Jorge Macchi zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.386,17) und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Jorge Macchi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von USD 27.500,00 (€ 20.441,54) im November 2011 für die Arbeit Autorretrato beobachtet.
