It changed hands for a price of USD 11,875.00 (€ 10,144.37) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by John Baeder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Diner, Binghampton, N.Y. in November 2005 with an auction result of USD 54,000.00 (€ 45,801.53).
