The work Two works: Rita Hayworth Alzheimer's Benefit Gala, Waldorf Astoria by Jessica Craig-Martin was sold in the Saturday@Phillips auction at Phillips in New York in June 2007. The price achieved of USD 1,320.00 (€ 976.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Jessica Craig-Martin have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work (i) Red Ball Plaza Hotel, New York, 2000, 2000 in January 2021 with an auction result of GBP 4,080.00 (€ 4,613.91).
