Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Village for the World. by James Rizzi was sold in the Made in America | ONLINE ONLY auction at VAN HAM in March this year. The price achieved of EUR 4,620.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by James Rizzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The King of New York in December 2020 with an auction result of EUR 52,063.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Village for the World. von James Rizzi wurde im März diesen Jahres in der Auktion Made in America | ONLINE ONLY bei VAN HAM versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 4.620,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von James Rizzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The King of New York im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 52.063,00.
