In November 2016 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Dayround by Jack Tworkov. The »bidding war« ended at USD 200,000.00 (€ 189,071.66), 33% above the upper estimate. Other works by Jack Tworkov have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of USD 396,800.00 (€ 336,556.40) in November 2005 for the work Watergame.
