The auction ended at the price of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,153.25), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jack Levine have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Princess in December 2011 with an auction result of USD 86,500.00 (€ 66,676.94).
