Auction result well in line with expectations

However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ignacio Iturria - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Avión azul en la bañera, which sold at auction in May 2001 for USD 35,250.00 (€ 41,691.31).
