Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Otro gol by Ignacio Iturria was auctioned at Christies in New York in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 8,820.00 (€ 8,345.95). Admittedly, works by Ignacio Iturria have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Avión azul en la bañera in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 35,250.00 (€ 41,691.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Otro gol von Ignacio Iturria kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 8.820,00 (€ 8.345,95) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ignacio Iturria auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Avión azul en la bañera im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 35.250,00 (€ 41.691,31).
