Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2014 a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Henry Bond for EUR 187.00. This price was achieved in the auction Auktionen 222-228 - Third Floor at Grisebach and was even below the estimate range of EUR 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Henry Bond have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Girls after the show in April 2011 with an auction result of GBP 1,062.50 (€ 1,196.56).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2014 konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Henry Bond für EUR 187,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Auktionen 222-228 - Third Floor bei Grisebach erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 500,00 – 700,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Henry Bond auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Girls after the show im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.062,50 (€ 1.196,56).
