Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Harmony Korine achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in London in September 2019. In the Evening & Day Editions auction, the work Killa Klan 2 sold for GBP 875.00 (€ 987.33) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Harmony Korine achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Clif Note Check in February 2017 with an auction result of USD 112,500.00 (€ 105,952.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Harmony Korine erzielte im September 2019 bei Phillips in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Evening & Day Editions wurde die Arbeit Killa Klan 2 für GBP 875,00 (€ 987,33) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Harmony Korine erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Clif Note Check im Februar 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 112.500,00 (€ 105.952,16).
