Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Phillips in an online auction held the auction Wired: Online Auction, which included the work Clint by Harmony Korine. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,764.00 (€ 2,075.18) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Harmony Korine achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Clif Note Check in February 2017 with an auction result of USD 112,500.00 (€ 105,952.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Wired: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Clint von Harmony Korine zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.764,00 (€ 2.075,18) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Harmony Korine erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Clif Note Check im Februar 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 112.500,00 (€ 105.952,16).
