Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included this untitled work by Giuseppe Uncini. The price achieved of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,385.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Uncini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 278,500.00 (€ 389,551.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Giuseppe Uncini zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.385,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Uncini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 278.500,00 (€ 389.551,94).
