Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Cementarmato by Giuseppe Uncini was sold in the Contemporary Art | Milan auction at Sothebys in Milan in November 2021. The price achieved of EUR 163,800.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Uncini - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete), which sold at auction in October 2015 for GBP 278,500.00 (€ 389,551.94).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cementarmato von Giuseppe Uncini wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion Contemporary Art | Milan bei Sothebys in Mailand versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 163.800,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Uncini mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2015 für GBP 278.500,00 (€ 389.551,94) versteigert wurde.
