Sold at the upper estimate price
The work Ombra di due parallelepipedi by Giuseppe Uncini was sold in the 20th/21st Century Milan Evening Sale auction at Christies in Milan in November 2021. The auction ended at the price of EUR 20,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giuseppe Uncini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 278,500.00 (€ 389,551.94).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit Ombra di due parallelepipedi von Giuseppe Uncini wurde im November 2021 in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Milan Evening Sale bei Christies in Mailand versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 20.000,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Uncini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cementarmato (Reinforced Concrete) im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 278.500,00 (€ 389.551,94).
