In the Editions & Works on Paper auction, the work Somebody Stole My Broken Heart sold for USD 5,292.00 (€ 4,543.66) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Faith Ringgold achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Listen To The Trees in September 2018 with an auction result of USD 375,000.00 (€ 322,663.91).

In der Auktion Editions & Works on Paper wurde die Arbeit Somebody Stole My Broken Heart für USD 5.292,00 (€ 4.543,66) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Faith Ringgold erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Listen To The Trees im September 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 375.000,00 (€ 322.663,91).
