Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art | London Including Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso, which included the work Les Dames Au Salon by Emilio Grau Sala. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 8,190.00 (€ 9,420.88). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emilio Grau Sala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Después de la carrera in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 168,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art | London Including Works from the Collection of Marina Picasso durch, in der auch die Arbeit Les Dames Au Salon von Emilio Grau Sala zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 8.190,00 (€ 9.420,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emilio Grau Sala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Después de la carrera im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 168.000,00.
