Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Les collégiennes dans le jardin, 1937 by Emilio Grau Sala was auctioned at Sothebys in Zurich in December 2021. It achieved a price of CHF 10,710.00 (€ 10,345.68), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Emilio Grau Sala achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Después de la carrera in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 168,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Les collégiennes dans le jardin, 1937 von Emilio Grau Sala kam im Dezember 2021 bei Sothebys in Zürich zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CHF 10.710,00 (€ 10.345,68) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Emilio Grau Sala erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Después de la carrera im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 168.000,00.
