Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Phillips in New York held the auction Editions & Works on Paper, which included the work Michael Jordan, from One on One by Ed Paschke. The price achieved of USD 4,410.00 (€ 3,786.38) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ed Paschke achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Bag Boots in May 2014 with an auction result of USD 245,000.00 (€ 179,618.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Editions & Works on Paper durch, in der auch die Arbeit Michael Jordan, from One on One von Ed Paschke zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 4.410,00 (€ 3.786,38) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ed Paschke erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Bag Boots im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 245.000,00 (€ 179.618,77).
