Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2019 Christies in New York held the auction First Open | Online, which included this untitled work by Christiana Soulou. The price achieved of USD 1,000.00 (€ 898.47) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Christiana Soulou have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work (i) Untitled(ii) Untitled(iii) Untitled in April 2018 with an auction result of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,555.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion First Open | Online durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Christiana Soulou zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.000,00 (€ 898,47) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christiana Soulou auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit (i) Untitled(ii) Untitled(iii) Untitled im April 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.555,57).
