Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Christian Rosa was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2019. It changed hands for a price of USD 18,750.00 (€ 17,193.95) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Christian Rosa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Something In The Way in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 116,500.00 (€ 148,753.67).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Christian Rosa kam im September 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 18.750,00 (€ 17.193,95) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christian Rosa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Something In The Way im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 116.500,00 (€ 148.753,67).
