Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Christian Rosa was auctioned at Phillips in New York in March last year. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 21,420.00 (€ 19,309.47). Admittedly, works by Christian Rosa have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Something In The Way in October 2014 with an auction result of GBP 116,500.00 (€ 148,753.67).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Christian Rosa kam im März letzten Jahres bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 21.420,00 (€ 19.309,47) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Christian Rosa auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Something In The Way im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 116.500,00 (€ 148.753,67).
