Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work „Strip the Auctioneer“. by Christian Jankowski for EUR 437.00. This price was achieved in the auction Frühjahrsauktionen 2017 - Third Floor at Grisebach and was even below the estimate range of EUR 500.00 – 700.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Christian Jankowski achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poster Sale in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,331.57).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit „Strip the Auctioneer“. von Christian Jankowski für EUR 437,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Frühjahrsauktionen 2017 - Third Floor bei Grisebach erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 500,00 – 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Christian Jankowski erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poster Sale im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.331,57).
