Auction result well in line with expectations
The work „Sissy“. by Cary Leibowitz was sold in the Auktionen 229-236 - Third Floor auction at Grisebach in November 2014. The price achieved of EUR 250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 200.00 – 300.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Cary Leibowitz achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Hey! I'M Not Depressed Anymore in March 2019 with an auction result of USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,230.50).

Die Arbeit „Sissy“. von Cary Leibowitz wurde im November 2014 in der Auktion Auktionen 229-236 - Third Floor bei Grisebach versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 200,00 – 300,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Cary Leibowitz erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Hey!
