Auction result misses estimated price range
In July 2018 a collector was able to acquire the work Hey! I'M Not Depressed Anymore, 2014-2015 by Cary Leibowitz for USD 3,500.00 (€ 2,989.92). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art Online: NYC at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Cary Leibowitz have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2019 by the work Hey! I'M Not Depressed Anymore at USD 4,750.00 (€ 4,230.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juli 2018 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Hey! I'M Not Depressed Anymore, 2014-2015 von Cary Leibowitz für USD 3.500,00 (€ 2.989,92) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art Online: NYC bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Cary Leibowitz wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im März 2019 die Arbeit Hey! I'M Not Depressed Anymore mit USD 4.750,00 (€ 4.230,50).
