Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2010 Phillips in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Part II, which included the work Kleinburgsieben (Kleinburg Seven) by Bendix Harms. Here, the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 6,875.00 (€ 5,558.25). Admittedly, works by Bendix Harms have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled III. 1983. in July 2020 with an auction result of CHF 46,660.00 (€ 43,485.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2010 führte Phillips in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Part II durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kleinburgsieben (Kleinburg Seven) von Bendix Harms zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 6.875,00 (€ 5.558,25) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bendix Harms auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled III. 1983. im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 46.660,00 (€ 43.485,66).
