Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Die Reinheit und der Sex (The Purity and the Sex) by Bendix Harms was auctioned at Phillips in London in March 2010. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,806.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Bendix Harms achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled III. 1983. in July 2020 with an auction result of CHF 46,660.00 (€ 43,485.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Die Reinheit und der Sex (The Purity and the Sex) von Bendix Harms kam im März 2010 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.500,00 (€ 2.806,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Bendix Harms erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled III. 1983. im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 46.660,00 (€ 43.485,66).
