Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Taschendieb Antoinette by Bendix Harms was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in New York in September 2011. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,647.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Bendix Harms have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled III. 1983. in July 2020 with an auction result of CHF 46,660.00 (€ 43,485.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Taschendieb Antoinette von Bendix Harms wurde im September 2011 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 4.647,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Bendix Harms auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled III. 1983. im Juli 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 46.660,00 (€ 43.485,66).
