Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Anri Sala was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in October 2011. The price achieved of GBP 3,750.00 (€ 4,339.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Anri Sala have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ghostgames in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 24,321.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Anri Sala wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 3.750,00 (€ 4.339,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Anri Sala auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ghostgames im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 20.000,00 (€ 24.321,86).
