the complete set of one signed, dated '1987' and numbered toned gelatin silver print, 1989, additional bound volume with text and photographic reproductions, title, signed and dated '1989' on the justification by the artist, on wove paper, copy 33 of 50 (there were also 20 artist's proofs lettered A-T), co-published by ZG Publications, Inc., and Brooke Alexander, Inc., New York, in very good condition, the silver print loose (as issued), original black and gray folder for the silver print, cloth and leather-covered text volume, housed in black and gray clamshell portfolio with embossed title on the leather spine (minor wear). 14 x 10½ in. (356 x 267 mm.)

Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Memoirs of a Survivor by Annette Lemieux was sold in the Prints and Multiples auction at Christies in New York in July 2014. The price achieved of USD 1,000.00 (€ 746.83) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Annette Lemieux have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Presidential Pleasures (Two Parts) in January 2008 with an auction result of USD 6,875.00 (€ 4,632.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Memoirs of a Survivor von Annette Lemieux wurde im Juli 2014 in der Auktion Prints and Multiples bei Christies in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.000,00 (€ 746,83) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Annette Lemieux auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Presidential Pleasures (Two Parts) im Januar 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 6.875,00 (€ 4.632,44).
