Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled: Vase, Pitcher, Bowl: Three Works by Andrew Lord was sold in the Contemporary Art auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2010. Here, the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 11,250.00 (€ 8,317.31). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Andrew Lord - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Jug, which sold at auction in March 2014 for USD 30,000.00 (€ 21,775.42).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled: Vase, Pitcher, Bowl: Three Works von Andrew Lord wurde im März 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Art bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 10.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 11.250,00 (€ 8.317,31) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Andrew Lord mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Jug beobachtet, die im März 2014 für USD 30.000,00 (€ 21.775,42) versteigert wurde.
