The work "Guerrillero Heroico, Ernesto 'Che' Guevara", 1960 by Alberto Korda was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October last year. It achieved a price of SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,196.09), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Admittedly, works by Alberto Korda have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Guerrillero Heroico (Che Guevara), 5/30/1960 in March 2015 with an auction result of USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,473.89).

Die Arbeit "Guerrillero Heroico, Ernesto 'Che' Guevara", 1960 von Alberto Korda kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.196,09) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Alberto Korda auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Guerrillero Heroico (Che Guevara), 5/30/1960 im März 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 11.250,00 (€ 10.473,89).
