When the work The Three Gorges Dam Migration by Ji Yun-Fei was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in November 2015, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The upper estimate was set at a - in retrospect quite modest - USD 500.00 but the actual price achieved was more than 23 times as high at USD 11,875.00 (€ 11,243.14). This high result makes The Three Gorges Dam Migration the most expensive artwork by Ji Yun-Fei that we have observed at auctions so far.

Als die Arbeit The Three Gorges Dam Migration von Ji Yun-Fei im November 2015 bei Sothebys in New York versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches.
