Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pleasures Of The Party Boss by Ji Yun-Fei was sold in the TO LIVE WITH ART: Property from the Jerome & Ellen Stern Collection auction at Sothebys in New York in March 2018. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 10,146.10) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Ji Yun-Fei have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2015 the work The Three Gorges Dam Migration was auctioned for USD 11,875.00 (€ 11,243.14).
