Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Forest No. 4. by Yehudit Sasportas was sold in the Frühjahr 2019 - Zeitgenössische Kunst auction at Grisebach in May 2019. The price achieved of EUR 12,500.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yehudit Sasportas - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Last Name - Diptych, which sold at auction in December 2013 for USD 68,750.00 (€ 49,894.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Forest No. 4. von Yehudit Sasportas wurde im Mai 2019 in der Auktion Frühjahr 2019 - Zeitgenössische Kunst bei Grisebach versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.500,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Yehudit Sasportas mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Last Name - Diptych beobachtet, die im Dezember 2013 für USD 68.750,00 (€ 49.894,77) versteigert wurde.
