In November 2013 Christies in London held the auction A Life's Devotion: The Collection of the Late Mrs T.S. Eliot, which included the work Elizabeth Maria Waller, Née Slack (D. 1809), In White Dress And Mob-Cap Trimmed With Crimson Ribbon by William Wood. The price achieved of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,273.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00.
