The price achieved of GBP 8,750.00 (€ 11,153.11) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sheep grazing by a loch is the most expensive artwork by William R. C. Watson that we have observed at auctions so far.
