Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Narc by Will Boone. It changed hands for a price of GBP 37,500.00 (€ 43,525.12) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Other works by Will Boone have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2019 the work ICE was auctioned for USD 81,250.00 (€ 73,736.27).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2019 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Contemporary Art Day Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Narc von Will Boone zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 37.500,00 (€ 43.525,12) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Will Boone konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2019 die Arbeit ICE für USD 81.250,00 (€ 73.736,27) versteigert.
