The »bidding war« ended at USD 40,320.00 (€ 34,031.06), 15% above the upper estimate. Other works by Walter Price have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 45,720.00 (€ 52,015.33) in March this year for the work Parasympathetic.
