A top price for Walter Price
In March this year Phillips in London held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work Parasympathetic by Walter Price. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 45,720.00 (€ 52,015.33), 31% above the upper estimate. With this result, Parasympathetic is even the most expensive work of art by Walter Price that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März diesen Jahres führte Phillips in London die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Parasympathetic von Walter Price zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 45.720,00 (€ 52.015,33) und damit 31% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Parasympathetic sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Walter Price, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
