In September 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Curated featuring works from the Collection of Joni Gordon of Newspace Gallery, which included the work Untitled by Wallace Berman. The »bidding war« ended at USD 43,750.00 (€ 34,645.23), 46% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Wallace Berman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Radio/Aether, 1966 in September last year with an auction result of USD 164,175.00 (€ 167,816.62).

Im September 2014 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Curated featuring works from the Collection of Joni Gordon of Newspace Gallery durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled von Wallace Berman zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 43.750,00 (€ 34.645,23) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wallace Berman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Radio/Aether, 1966 im September letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 164.175,00 (€ 167.816,62).
