Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Under The Pure White Snow by Victor Man was auctioned at Sothebys in London in February 2014. The price achieved of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 30,331.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Victor Man achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Weltinnenraum (World Within) in June this year with an auction result of GBP 1,734,000.00 (€ 2,018,077.47).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Under The Pure White Snow von Victor Man kam im Februar 2014 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 25.000,00 (€ 30.331,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Victor Man erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Weltinnenraum (World Within) im Juni diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.734.000,00 (€ 2.018.077,47).
