In June this year VAN HAM held the auction Modern, Post War & Contemporary, which included the work "The Curtain Made of Akebi, Leaves and Raspberry". by Tomoko Nagai. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 46,200.00 32% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tomoko Nagai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Day Off Of Fruit Punch (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 660,000.00 (€ 673,989.13).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Im Juni diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Modern, Post War & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit "The Curtain Made of Akebi, Leaves and Raspberry". von Tomoko Nagai zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 46.200,00 und damit 32% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tomoko Nagai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Day Off Of Fruit Punch (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 660.000,00 (€ 673.989,13).
