The work Two works: (i) Tinkle tinkle; (ii) Toys Paradise by Tomoko Nagai was worth GBP 23,940.00 (€ 27,740.99) to a buyer in November last year. This price was achieved in the auction Wired: Online Auction at Phillips in an online auction and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tomoko Nagai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Day Off Of Fruit Punch (Painted In 2015) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 660,000.00 (€ 673,989.13).

Die Arbeit Two works: (i) Tinkle tinkle; (ii) Toys Paradise von Tomoko Nagai war einem Käufer im November letzten Jahres GBP 23.940,00 (€ 27.740,99) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tomoko Nagai erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Day Off Of Fruit Punch (Painted In 2015) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 660.000,00 (€ 673.989,13).
