Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Une Cour À La Roquette by Takanori Oguiss was sold in the Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale auction at Sothebys in New York in May 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 68,750.00 (€ 62,534.11). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Takanori Oguiss - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Paris, which sold at auction in November 2003 for USD 186,700.00 (€ 155,648.19).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Une Cour À La Roquette von Takanori Oguiss wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art Day Sale bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 68.750,00 (€ 62.534,11) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Takanori Oguiss mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Paris beobachtet, die im November 2003 für USD 186.700,00 (€ 155.648,19) versteigert wurde.
