Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2020 Sothebys in London held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art | London, which included the work Bassin De La Villette by Takanori Oguiss. The price achieved of GBP 27,720.00 (€ 30,780.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 24,000.00 – 34,000.00. Admittedly, works by Takanori Oguiss have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Paris in November 2003 with an auction result of USD 186,700.00 (€ 155,648.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2020 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art | London durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bassin De La Villette von Takanori Oguiss zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 27.720,00 (€ 30.780,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 24.000,00 – 34.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Takanori Oguiss auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Paris im November 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 186.700,00 (€ 155.648,19).
