Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Tadasky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in September 2011. In the Contemporary Art auction, the work #B-115 sold for USD 31,250.00 (€ 23,235.93) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tadasky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work #B-193 in March 2020 with an auction result of USD 200,000.00 (€ 181,340.10).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Tadasky erzielte im September 2011 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit #B-115 für USD 31.250,00 (€ 23.235,93) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tadasky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit #B-193 im März 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.000,00 (€ 181.340,10).
