Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Silicon Huffer by Steven Parrino was auctioned at Christies in New York in September 2019. Here, the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 16,250.00 (€ 14,901.42). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Steven Parrino achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Idol/Idiot in June 2013 with an auction result of GBP 566,500.00 (€ 661,206.96).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Silicon Huffer von Steven Parrino kam im September 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 15.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 16.250,00 (€ 14.901,42) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Steven Parrino erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Idol/Idiot im Juni 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 566.500,00 (€ 661.206,96).
