Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Kiss Dub from the series Time Paintings by Stefan Brüggemann was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September last year. The price achieved of USD 10,080.00 (€ 10,303.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Stefan Brüggemann achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mirror 26 in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 151,200.00 (€ 179,131.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Kiss Dub from the series Time Paintings von Stefan Brüggemann wurde im September letzten Jahres in der Auktion New Now bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 10.080,00 (€ 10.303,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Stefan Brüggemann erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mirror 26 im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 151.200,00 (€ 179.131,16).
